Our Story…

AlSarif company for building materials (SCBM) is a pioneer in the Saudi cement products’ industry. SCBM were the first to introduce interlock pavers in 1979 to Saudi in the Diplomatic Quarter in Riyadh; a significant neighbourhood where most of the foreign embassies are located in.

Throughout the past decades, SCBM has successfully expanded its production to include four plants distributed in the largest two regions in Saudi: Riyadh and Makkah al Mukarrama. SCBM production portfolio consists of: interlock, curbstones, tiles, terrazzo tiles, steps, street furniture and blocks manufactured by twelve fully automated European lines. 

SCBM is committed to keeping pace with the latest requirements in the modern building materials industry. Therefore, it always strives to possess the latest and finest equipment to ensure the constant renewal and diversification of its products and services and to sustain the trust and satisfaction relationship with its customers.

With its comprehensive quality tests in both raw materials and finished products, Al Sarif can meet any project standard or specification. It also holds multiple quality certificates that supports its products such as SASO and ISO.

Accreditation… 

SCBM proud itself on a comprehensive network of public and private clients who have trusted SCBM in critical past projects in Saudi. SCBM is accredited by most ministries (i.e. Housing, Transport) and all the municipalities. Furthermore, SCBM has been approved in most of Saudi’s critical projects in Saudi such as Riyadh Metro project.
